Materials of air shock absorbers springs for commercial vehicles

The materials of air shock absorption springs are mainly divided into neoprene and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber. These rubber materials have excellent sealing performance, durability, wear resistance, etc. Embedded in the middle of the rubber layer is the reinforced cord layer. The main materials are nylon, polyester fiber, and aramid fiber, which mainly improve the durability, hardness, bending, load-bearing and other performance of the rubber. The airbag base and airbag upper cover at both ends of the sealed airbag are mainly made of steel, aluminum alloy, and composite plastic. The upper cover and the base should have sufficient strength to form a reliable sealing performance with the airbag.
