King Long Bus Rearview Mirror Assembly

Complete exterior rearview mirror assembly for King Long city buses and coaches. The set includes the mirror housing, glass, side support arm and mounting bracket, so the whole unit can be swapped as one piece after a mirror strike, arm bend or housing breakage. The arm geometry keeps the mirror in the original driving position and the bracket bolts to the factory mounting points on the front corner panel.

When to Replace the Assembly

• Mirror housing cracked or broken after contact in traffic or in the depot
• Support arm bent, so the mirror no longer holds its adjusted position

Installation Notes

1. Support the old assembly before removing the bracket bolts so it does not drop onto the body panel.
2. Clean the mounting area and check the panel holes for elongation or cracking.
3. Bolt the new bracket with the supplied fixings and tighten evenly in a cross pattern.
4. Adjust the mirror angle from the driver seat and check the view on both sides before road use.

Packing and Supply

Each set is wrapped in foam, protected with corner board and packed in a reinforced export carton to survive long sea freight. Mixed container loading with other King Long, Zhongtong, Higer and Yutong bus body parts is available.
