Zhongtong New Energy Bus Electronic Gear Shift Panel

Electronic gear shift panel for Zhongtong new energy city buses and electric coaches. The panel replaces the mechanical lever with a dash mounted selector using D / N / R / P push buttons and sends the gear request to the vehicle controller over the CAN bus. It is a direct fit for the original dash cut-out and uses the factory connector, so a failed or flickering selector can be swapped without changing the wiring harness.

Installation Notes

1. Switch off the main power and wait for the controller to power down completely.
2. Release the dash trim, unplug the original connector and remove the old panel.
3. Fit the new panel, reconnect the plug and refit the trim without trapping the harness.
4. Power up, check that each gear position registers on the dash and carry out a low speed function test.
