Zhongtong Minibus Rubber Dust Boot

Flexible rubber dust boot for Zhongtong minibuses and light buses. The boot seals the opening around the shift lever, steering column or chassis link and keeps dust, water, mud and oil away from the moving parts underneath. Made from EPDM compound, it stays soft and tear resistant in high summer temperatures and in cold winter starts, so it keeps sealing long after a cheap natural rubber boot has cracked.

Installation Notes

1. Remove the old boot and clean the collar and lever of dust, oil and rubber residue.
2. Slide the new boot over the lever and seat both ends fully on their collars.
3. Fit the clamp or cable tie and check the bellows folds freely through the full lever travel.
4. Confirm the boot is not twisted and does not rub against the cabin trim.
