Zhongtong Bus Front Turn Signal Lamp

Front turn signal lamp for Zhongtong city buses and coaches. The lamp mounts in the original front panel opening and uses a clear PC lens over an amber bulb or amber LED module, so the housing matches the rest of the front lighting while the signal itself stays clearly amber as road regulations require. The factory style connector plugs straight into the 24V bus harness.

Technical Specifications

Fault Signs of a Failed Signal Lamp

• No flash on one side, or the indicator flashes at the wrong speed
• Water or condensation inside the lens after washing or rain
• Lens cracked, crazed or clouded so the amber light is hard to see
• Corroded bulb holder causing intermittent flashing

Installation Notes

1. Switch off the ignition and disconnect the lamp connector before removal.
2. Release the fixing screws and pull the lamp straight out of the front panel.
3. Check the new gasket, seat the lamp square and tighten the screws evenly.
4. Test the flash rate on both sides and confirm the hazard function works.

Packing and Supply

Each lamp is foam wrapped and packed in an export-grade carton, with neutral packing and mixed container loading available for wholesale orders. Left and right units can be supplied as matched pairs on request.
