Zhongtong Bus Combination Headlamp Assembly

Combination front headlamp assembly for Zhongtong city buses and coaches. The unit combines low beam, high beam, position lamp and turn signal in one housing and plugs into the original 24V bus harness through a factory style connector. The clear PC lens and reflector geometry are matched to the original lamp so the light pattern, cut-off line and beam height stay within road inspection requirements.

Fault Signs of a Failed Headlamp

• Lens clouded, yellowed or cracked, so the beam fails inspection
• Water or condensation inside the housing after rain or washing
• Reflector peeling or burnt, with dim or uneven light output
• Indicator or position lamp section no longer working

Installation Notes

1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal before removing the old lamp.
2. Unplug the connector, release the fixing screws and lift the assembly out of the front panel.
3. Check the new gasket, seat the assembly squarely and tighten the screws evenly.
4. Reconnect the plug, then check beam height and aim against a wall before road use.

Packing and Supply

Each lamp is wrapped in foam with corner protection and packed in a reinforced export carton. Neutral packing and mixed container loading with other Zhongtong, King Long, Higer and Yutong bus body parts are available.
